Terms of service

By using SOCIAL-COINED AFRICA you agree to the terms below.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

For creators

  • Only upload videos you own or have the right to sell.
  • Set a price within the allowed range and give viewers an honest free trailer.
  • You keep 80% of every completed sale. SOCIAL-COINED AFRICA keeps a 20% commission, and payouts carry a 5% withdrawal fee.
  • Payouts go to the Mobile Money number or account you provide, after review. Money from recent sales may stay pending briefly before it becomes available.
  • No illegal content, no sexual content involving minors, no hate speech, no content that breaks someone else's copyright. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

For viewers

  • Unlocking a video is a one-time payment that gives you permanent personal access.
  • Access is for you alone. Recording, downloading or re-sharing paid videos is not allowed and can end your access.
  • If a video fails to play or was not what the trailer promised, contact support and we will look at a refund case by case. Successful payments are otherwise final.

Payments

Payments run through our licensed payment processors (MTN and Airtel Mobile Money, card and bank). If a provider declines or fails a payment we show you their real result — we never mark an unpaid unlock as paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
